  5. Build social & emotional Intelligence

We all have a bit of angst in the spotlight, but we can arm ourselves with social tools and techniques to network without nervousness and eliminate social doubt and discomfort. Basically, feeling comfortable when uncomfortable is key to building a champion mindset.
