Every single social interaction conveys who you are and how you lead.

To better understand your leadership type, influence factor, and natural advantage, here are a few questions to think about:

  • YOUR EMOTIONS: Expressed or Concealed?

We answered these same questions and more during a two-hour interactive workshop for Women In Finance with the Atlanta Mayor’s Office.

Self-awareness is the main component in being surefooted, socially confident, and comfortable when uncomfortable. More important is that our soft social skills make us strong and more relatable and give us a deeper insight into the awareness and respect of others.
