Taylor Swift’s Three Secrets of Success
Here is Taylor Swift’s secret of success:
Leave People,
Places, &
Things Better Than You Found Them
It’s that simple!
We are always going to be around people, places, and things, so why not leave them better than we found them?
I always take this little passage with me wherever I go, and I was thrilled to see Taylor prove to me in 3D that it’s truly the shortcut to showing honor, respect, and social influence.
I watched with awe Taylor Swift’s consistent praise of other people on her team. Whether she was speaking about her musicians, stagehands, producers, road crew, bus, and truck drivers it seemed like she was always giving credit to someone other than herself.
She engages her community with intrigue, mirth, and curiosity before, during, and after the show. She gave way more than anticipated. She beamed with gratitude, moved with confidence, and left goodness in her wake.
So, when you move about your patch of the world this week, try to leave people, places, and things better than you found them.
I promise you will enhance communication, increase collaboration, and build long-lasting relationships.
