The following dozen people add tiny slices of luxury to our everyday lives and these are soft guidelines to honor them at the end of the year.

  1. Letter carrier/Package courier: $20 gift card
  2. Hair Dresser: Double tip or full cost of session
  3. Manicurist: $15 to $20 (or $25 if they work on your scary toes.)
  4. Housekeeper: Full dollar amount of one cleaning.
  5. Hotel Bellman & Skycap: $2 for the first bag and a $1 for each additional bag.
  6. Teenage Babysitter: Small gift from child or $15 iTunes gift card
  7. Newspaper Delivery Person: $10 to $15
  8. Trainer, Massage Therapist & Yoga instructor: Amount of one full session
  9. Trash Collector: $10 to $15 per person
  10. Pet Groomer: Ranges from double tip or amount of full session
  11. Valet: $2 to $5 on return of your vehicle
  12. Teachers – One of Your KIDNEYS! Even if you already gave one to your hair dresser!
