By now you may have fallen off track for your New Year’s resolution. Whether you set a huge goal or want to implement a few changes, these are the 3 things you need to yield more profit, productivity, and a passion for life.

Sleep. There are so many studies today connecting the blue light from our technology to a disruption of our sleep cycles. No blue light before bed means cutting off your Netflix shows, Facebook scrolling, or late-night emails.

Fitness. You don’t need an elaborate work out. 10 push-ups or burpees, 20 lunges, and 30 jumping jacks repeated 4 times with a 1-minute rest in between. That’s all you need to get your heart rate up and ready for the day.

Eating. Make a soft meal plan at the beginning of the week based on your meetings and travel schedule. Shop for it on Sunday to keep you from scrambling around. Adhering to a regimented plan keeps you on track Monday through Friday so you can treat yourself on the weekends.
