A client once told me that he could tell a lot about the health of a marriage by the number and nature of magnets on the refrigerator. That made me self-conscious, because, going for a sleeker look, we had none.

To remedy the problem and make a good impression, my ex-husband, Fake Tom Brokaw, and I immediately went shopping for a magnet.–the perfect marriage saving magnet.
